Equal Grounds Coffee believes there is an opportunity for everyone, especially for people with disabilities to become more appreciated, embraced and supported in every community and workspace. Our goal is to employ as many individuals with disabilities as possible!

We are looking to open our first shop September 2023 employing individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

As an educator and advocate of inclusion of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Dr. Revels-Turner believes her life's purpose is in creating equitable outcomes children and others living with disabilities.
